Mandala rectangle bolsters are perfectly shaped to allow you to stretch your back and relax, use beneath your knees to help ease your lower back or snuggle as a pillow. They are stylishly designed in beautiful fabrics so they’ll literally become part of the furniture. Perfect for yin or restorative yoga, or just relaxing.
Each bolster is handmade locally in Manly and filled with a lovely, soft, dense, quiet batting made from post consumer recycled plastic – making yoga and relaxing with these not only good for your body but good for the environment too.

A wonderful experience, Tara was very helpful arranging a bolster made in indigo mandala. Love that it is Australian made and utilises recycled products. Has come in very useful for obtaining a comfortable breastfeeding position. Hopefully can be used for practising baby OM yoga in a few weeks!
