Mandala Journey

Breathe, relax, nurture yourself. We all know we need to do more of this in this fast paced world we live in. The Mandala Living range was created by Tara to help inspire people to slow down, relax and nurture themselves in body, mind and spirit.

Mandala Living is the journey of Tara, a wife and mum of three, living in Manly on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. She has over 20 years of experience working in the Advertising and Media industries. Whilst working with The National Geographic Channel, Tara was given opportunities to travel to remote places and it was in some of these exotic locations that she noticed (and was captivated) by the talented local artisans who worked with love and simplicity using natural products.

In this fast paced industry however, Tara eventually began to feel depleted in energy, living off adrenaline and desperately wanting to nurture herself but did not have the time to do so. A story familiar to so many.

Enter Yoga and Meditation. This allowed her a different lifestyle where she is now a qualified and practicing Yoga Teacher. She has a passion for Yin Yoga and has benefitted from daily meditation.

Through her own experiences and with renewed and improved health and energy, she is now passionate about helping others to find the time to nurture themselves by making their health and wellbeing a priority. It is a simple mission: to encourage people to relax, breathe and be more mindful!

About The Products

The Mandala Range was created to fill the void of Australian made luxurious and therapeutic relaxation products. Natural products like hemp, buckwheat husks and post consumer recycled plastic bottles are sourced together with employing local machinists, designers and artisans. She has built an inspiring network of suppliers and friends, each providing the talents and skills to make beautiful products that not only support deep relaxation but work with any home décor. The Australian Himalayan Foundation and Reed Nepal have provided advice to Mandala Living on the fair and sustainable sourcing of products from community groups in Nepal.

Tara hopes you will enjoy creating a sanctuary in your home with the Mandala relaxation range.
