Description
Wrap around your neck, or your lower back or where ever you need a little pampering. Smaller square packs are perfect for a sore hip or leg injuries. Filled with flaxseeds, these pillows provide a gentle and moist heat to help release muscles. As the flaxseeds contain oils they can be heated and warmed up again and again.
Enclosed in a cotton casing, the heat packs come in a removable cover in beautiful linen, hemp or cotton canvas fabrics.
Instructions – heat for 2 minutes in the microwave or in a dryer. For cooling place in the freezer in a zip lock bag.
